If you happen to see LVR students  with momentos from Spain, they are most likely from their most recent summer trip to the Iberian peninsula. A privately arranged trip, students spend up to 13 days traveling through Spain with LVR teachers as chaperones. The group visits not only the magnificent capital city of Madrid, but also spends time in Toledo, Segovia and the Spanish Riviera.

New just last year is a two-week student exchange with a high school in Spain,   LVR students hosted  18 Spanish students and then traveled to Madrid in the Spring  to return the visit.  Watch for the return of this exchange program in the future.
