If an individual believes that a school district has not complied with the provisions of the Strengthening Gifted and Talented Education Act may file a complaint with the board of education. The complaint will be reviewed and addressed by the district's administration and the board shall issue a decision, in writing, to affirm, reject, or modify the district’s action in the matter. If you have a complaint regarding the processes and procedures related to the Lenape Valley's Gifted and Talented program, please complete the appeal form and submit it for review to the Principal.
