The Business Education Department offers a wide variety of courses designed for students who plan to continue to study in business or related fields in college, students who plan immediate post-high school employment, and students who wish to develop business skills for lifelong personal use.  The department identifies the following proficiencies for all students who select our offerings: 

• Knowledge of the varied skills and proficiencies required by business occupations.

• Identification of opportunities that exist in business occupations as part of future career planning.

• Development and frequent modification of a personal inventory of business skills.

• Opportunity to work where appropriate in a classroom environment that stimulates the current software and hardware technologies of the business world.
